The municipality of Deventer intends to build a new multifunctional centre (MFC) on the current site of Kindcentrum Kleurrijk at Zwaluwenburg 6 in Deventer. The building of approximately 3,669 m2 gross floor area will house two primary schools with their own childcare, plus sports, art and culture facilities, creating a meeting place for the Colmschate-Noord neighbourhood. The contract covers further developing the preliminary design and realising the works through a building team assignment. It is split into lots: lot 1 covers structural construction works, and lot 2 covers electrical and mechanical works. Contractors capable of co-designing and realising the project can bid.
