Zie par. 1.4.2 en par. 1.7 Selectieleidraad. • Het Project, gelegen aan de Duinkerkenstraat 45 te Groningen, betreft de complete verbouwing van het bestaande kantoorgebouw, inclusief ondersteunende ruimten. • Met dit Project wordt een belangrijke stap gezet naar een duurzame, functionele en toekomstbestendige huisvesting. Het betreft een integrale vernieuwing van een bestaande accommodatie waarbij bouwkundige en installatietechnische werkzaamheden onlosmakelijk met elkaar zijn verbonden. De ambitie reikt verder dan enkel het realiseren van een gebouw; Opdrachtgever wil samen met de marktpartijen een omgeving creëren die jarenlang comfortabel, energiezuinig en gebruiksvriendelijk is voor haar gebruikers. Zie par. 1.4.2 en par. 1.7 Selectieleidraad. • Het programma omvat op hoofdlijnen de volgende onderdelen en uitgangspunten: ○ Verbouwing van het kantoorgebouw en ondersteunende ruimten, twee bouwlagen, totaal ca. 5.200 m2 BVO; ○ Groot onderhoud/verduurzaming aan daken en gevels van het kantoorgedeelte; ○ Herinrichting van indelingen, waaronder het integreren van Wijkpost Zuid en het geheel integreren van een nieuw werkplekconcept; ○ Verduurzaming E&W-installaties t.b.v. het realiseren van een hoog thermisch comfort en gezond binnenklimaat; ○ Aanpassingen brandveiligheid ter plaatse van het kantoorgedeelte.
