Ter voorbereiding op een (Europese) aanbesteding organiseert de Politie deze marktconsultatie voor de realisatie van de werken op de verzamellocatie Land Forum te Eindhoven. Land Forum ligt aan de westkant van Eindhoven, westelijk van de A2 in de wijk Meerhoven. Het gebied is goed ontsloten door de N2/A2. De opdracht is onderverdeeld in diverse percelen, waarmee we verwachten een variëteit aan geïnteresseerden te kunnen bereiken. Het kleinste perceel heeft een waarde tussen 9 en 14 miljoen euro incl. btw, het grootste perceel tussen 60 en 75 miljoen incl. btw. De indeling van de percelen is als volgt opgesteld: A. Arrestantencomplex (gebouw 1): Specificatie op basis van UAV2012 en een Technisch ontwerp. Het Uitvoeringsontwerp als verplichting bij aannemer. Bestekssystematiek: Stabu bestek, waarde tussen 10 en 15 miljoen incl. btw. B. Opsporing en onderzoek (gebouw 2) en Centrale voorzieningen (gebouw 3): Specificatie op basis van UAV2012 en een Technisch ontwerp. Het Uitvoeringsontwerp als verplichting bij aannemer. Bestekssystematiek: Stabu bestek, waarde tussen 60 en 75 miljoen incl. btw. C. Forensische opsporing (gebouw 4) ME opkomst (gebouw 5) en Logistiek en beslag (gebouw 6): Specificatie op basis van UAV2012 en een Technisch ontwerp. Het Uitvoeringsontwerp als verplichting bij aannemer. Bestekssystematiek: Stabu bestek, waarde tussen 18 en 26 miljoen. D. Terreinwerk, waarin opgenomen: Centrale energievoorzieningen en backbone technische infrastructuur, koppeling gebouwen zoals, energie-hub, WKO, ICT, GBS, BMS, beveiligingssystemen. Specificatie op basis van UAV2012 en een Technisch ontwerp. Bestekssystematiek: Stabu voor opstallen, RAW voor Infra & niet gebouwgebonden terrein installaties. Uitwerking Uitvoeringsontwerp bij aannemer, waarde tussen 9 en 14 miljoen.
