De Wegwijzer is een Integraal Kindcentrum, de huidige school wordt gesloopt en de school krijgt vervangende nieuwbouw op dezelfde locatie. De locatie zal bouwrijp opgeleverd worden. De nieuwbouw wordt gerealiseerd voor zo’n 260 leerlingen en het BVO bedraagt ca. 2881m2 over twee bouwlagen inclusief gymzaal en kinderdagopvang. Het bouwwerk heeft onderstaande opbouw: Fundering: - In de grond gevormde (boor)palen met daarop een beton balkenraster. Vloeren: - Begane grondvloer; geïsoleerde kanaalplaatvloer, - 1e verdiepingsvloer; kanaalplaatvloer met geïntegreerde stalen liggers. Draagconstructie: - Begane grond; betonkolommen met geïntegreerde stalen liggers, - 1e verdieping; houten kolommen met houten randliggers en geïntegreerde stalen liggers. Dak school en kinderopvang: - EPDM-dakbedekking, - Isolatie, - Dakvloer; lignatur element. Dak gymzaal: - EPDM-dakbedekking, - Isolatie, - Gelamineerd houten balklaag v.v. dakhout. Buitenwanden school en kinderopvang: - Geïsoleerde hout het BVO bedraagt ca. 2881m2
