Firda heeft in voorgaande projecten blijk gegeven van hoge duurzame ambities. In ieder nieuw project legt zij de lat ten aanzien van duurzaamheid hoger dan in het voorgaande project. Op die manier heeft zij reeds veel ervaring opgedaan. Ten behoeve van de nieuwbouw van gebouw D heeft de opdrachtgever Het ontwerpteam heeft parametrisch en op basis van bouwfysische uitgangspunten een gebouw ontworpen met circa 6.000 m² BVO, verdeeld over drie bouwlagen en vormt de kroon op de campus van Firda Drachten, gelegen aan de uit te breiden vijverpartij. De nieuwbouw kent een omvang van circa 6.000 m² BVO, verdeeld over drie bouwlagen. bouwkundige werkzaamheden inclusief de coördinatie van de overige percelen; werktuigbouwkundige- en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden
