Description

2.2.1. Oasen wenst een accountant te contracteren voor zeven jaar (initieel drie jaar met twee maal twee optiejaren). De gewenste accountantsdiensten zullen worden uitgevoerd door het accountantskantoor aan welke de opdracht gegund wordt en bestaan uit de volgende werkzaamheden: Vaste controle opdrachten: 1. Controle jaarrekening 2. Controle bedrijfsverslag: ieder jaar vanuit de wet verplicht 3. Compliance certificaat t.b.v. overeenkomst met de Europese investeringsbank (EIB) 4. Controleverklaring t.b.v. een grote zakelijke klant: onze accountant verstrekt een accountantsverklaring die wij afgeven aan een grote zakelijke klant. Zolang wij diensten blijven leveren aan deze klant, zal ieder jaar deze verklaring moeten worden opgesteld. Incidentele controle opdrachten zoals beschreven in paragraaf 2.2.4. - 2.2.6.: 5. Op dit moment neemt Oasen deel aan een ontwikkelingssamenwerkingsproject in het buitenland. Hiervoor ontvangt Oasen een bijdrage van het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken in de vorm van een subsidie. Jaarlijks dient een controleverklaring conform het voorgeschreven controleprotocol te worden verstrekt.
