Description

Met deze aanbesteding wenst de Opdrachtgever één partij te contracteren die in staat is de certificering van de jaarstukken en rapportagewerkzaamheden te verrichten conform de eisen en wensen die in deze aanbesteding zijn beschreven. Met Opdrachtgever wordt bedoeld Tilburg University inclusief enkele aan haar verbonden partijen, te weten KUB Holding B.V. en KUB Career Services B.V. Het doel van de aanbesteding is het selecteren van één dienstverlener (externe accountant) die de aanbieding met de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding indient. De te selecteren externe accountant dient samen te werken met de divisie Finance & Control van Tilburg University die o.a. verantwoordelijk is voor de financiële P&C-cyclus binnen de universiteit en het beheer van de financiële systemen binnen het Finance Service Center.
