Description

Gemeente Maastricht is verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en leefbaar houden van de stad. Dit gebeurt onder meer door de inzet van cameratoezicht. Waar het cameratoezicht voorheen versnipperd plaatsvond binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie, is de laatste jaren gestreefd het cameratoezicht centraal te organiseren. Dit vergemakkelijkt het beheren en beheersen van de omgeving en het waarborgen van de continuïteit en werking van cameratoezicht. Vooral op het gebied van software zijn belangrijke stappen gezet. Zo is het grootste gedeelte van de camera's inmiddels aangesloten op het generieke videomanagementsysteem (VMS). Het doel van de Opdrachtgever is het afsluiten van één (1) raamovereenkomst met één (1) ondernemer (Opdrachtnemer) voor de duur van vier (4) jaren voor het aanschaffen, installeren, beheren en onderhouden van camera's conform de meest recente wet- en regelgeving (Nederlandse wetgeving), aangevuld met de raamovereenkomst tussen Opdrachtgever en Opdrachtnemer. Onderdeel van deze raamovereenkomst is tevens het vervangen en beheren van een aantal werkplekken en het beheren van en bieden van consultancy/ondersteuning ten aanzien van het huidige videomanagement-systeem (inclusief software maintenance agreement).
