Description

De opdracht betreft een overheidsopdracht voor diensten, namelijk voor het uitvoeren van beveiligingsdiensten ten behoeve van de vluchtelingenopvang binnen onze gemeente. Deze aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (Aw 2012). De gevraagde dienstverlening valt onder de zogeheten ‘sociale en andere specifieke diensten’ (SAS-diensten). De gemeente past daarom de procedure voor sociale en andere specifieke diensten toe, als bedoeld in artikel 2.38 en 2.39 Aw 2012. Geraamde omzetwaarde bedraagt €700.000 per jaar. U kunt hieraan geen rechten ontlenen.
