Description

De Opdracht bestaat uit de volgende werkzaamheden en/of op te leveren resultaten: - Meldkamerdiensten (24/7: inclusief alarmering, opvolging en rapportage. - Openingsronde: openen objecten, uitschakelen beveiliging, eerste controles. - Brand- en sluitronde: controle gebouw, afsluiten en inschakelen beveiliging. - Alarmopvolging: bij inbraak-, brand-, overval- en technische meldingen (24/7), incl. eerstelijns afhandeling en externe surveillance bij storing. - Inzet Security Host: receptietaken, ontvangst bezoekers, telefonie, toezicht, EHBO/BHV en calamiteitenmelding. - Inzet Security Officer opvanglocaties: Permanente aanwezigheid op opvanglocaties voor toezicht, ordehandhaving, signalering, sociale veiligheid, begeleiden van bewoners, optreden bij calamiteiten, uitvoering van BHV-taken (ploegleider), cameratoezicht, ondersteuning bij logistiek en dagrapportage. De volgende werkzaamheden zijn optioneel binnen de Opdracht - dit betekent dat u ze wel dient aan te bieden, maar wij op een later moment beslissen of we hier gebruik van maken: - Openen/sluiten op verzoek buiten reguliere tijden. - Extra surveillancerondes. - Inzet Security Officer (op afroep). - Eerste technische noodmaatregelen (bijv. glasbreuk, hang- en sluitwerk). - Aanpassing tijdroosters en meldkamerinstructies. De volgende werkzaamheden blijven nadrukkelijk buiten de scope van de Opdracht: - Technische aanleg of vervanging van beveiligingsinstallaties. - Cyberbeveiliging en digitale toegangsverlening. - Beheer/installatie van alarm- of IT-systemen buiten operationeel gebruik.
