Met deze vooraankondiging informeert de gemeente Rotterdam de markt over de voorgenomen aanbesteding voor de Huisbankier gemeente Rotterdam. Het doel van deze publicatie is om geïnteresseerde marktpartijen vroegtijdig te informeren, zodat zij zich optimaal kunnen voorbereiden op de officiële publicatie. Scope van de opdracht De beoogde opdracht betreft het faciliteren en uitvoeren van het gemeentelijke betalingsverkeer.
