Description

Het doel van de opdracht betreft het ondersteunen van woningeigenaren binnen de deelnemende gemeenten bij het realiseren van isolatiemaatregelen, met als doel het versnellen van de verduurzaming van de woningvoorraad en het verlagen van energielasten. De opdrachtnemer vervult hierbij een integrale ontzorgingsrol richting de woningeigenaar, waarbij zowel technische, financiële als organisatorische aspecten worden meegenomen. Met de partij die de op één na beste inschrijving heeft gedaan wordt een wachtkamerovereenkomst gesloten. De totale geraamde waarde van de raamovereenkomst betreft € 3.965.000 exclusief BTW. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 5.155.000 exclusief BTW. Op basis van de raamovereenkomst worden vier afzonderlijke overeenkomsten gesloten met vier verschillende gemeenten. De maximale waarde is bepaald door het hanteren van een onzekerheidsfactor van 30%. Voor een overzicht van de bedragen per gemeente wordt verwezen naar paragraaf 2.6 van de offerteaanvraag.
