Description

De Gelrepas is een belangrijke voorziening om ‘mee te kunnen doen’ aan de samenleving en armoede tegen te gaan. Om actief deel te kunnen nemen aan de samenleving is het belangrijk dat inwoners mee kunnen doen aan activiteiten op gebied van sport, cultuur recreatie en educatie (= sociale participatie). De Gelrepas maakt mogelijk, door het aan de pas gekoppelde persoonlijk (basis)tegoed dat ingezet kan worden voor diverse activiteiten. De bestedingsvoorwaarden voor dit basistegoed zijn gelijk voor alle gemeenten. De hoogte van het tegoed kan per gemeente verschillen. Naast dit basistegoed, kunnen de gemeenten nog andere tegoeden aan de pas koppelen, die voor specifieke doelen ingezet kunnen worden. Hierbij kan gedacht worden aan een tegoed voor kleding of schoolspullen. De Aanbestedende Dienst zijn de gemeenten Arnhem, Brummen, Duiven, Renkum, Rheden, Rozendaal, Westervoort en Zevenaar. ca 32.000 passen per jaar Gemeenten Arnhem (penvoerder), Brummen, Duiven, Renkum, Rheden, Rozendaal, Westervoort en Zevenaar willen een overeenkomst sluiten met één ondernemer voor de uitvoering van De Gelrepas (ter verlaging van financiële drempels bij deelname van volwassenen en kinderen aan culturele, sportieve, recreatieve en educatieve activiteiten voor inwoners met een laag inkomen) voor de duur van drie jaar met een optie tot verlenging drie maal met één jaar. ca 32000 passen per jaar
