Predmetom zákazky sú stavebné práce na obnove Národnej kultúrnej pamiatky - budovy Radnice mesta Brezno Zámerom so zámerom zachovať, rekonštruovať a prezentovať objekt radnice v pôvodnom architektonickom výraze a objemovo-priestorovej skladbe, vrátane dispozície (barokovo - klasicistická), hodnotných historických konštrukcií, detailov a povrchových úprav, vylúčiť príčiny, zásahy a činnosti, ohrozujúce a poškodzujúce pamiatkové hodnoty. Obnovou radnice dôjde k zvýšeniu využitia budovy pre mestský úrad Brezno a občanov mesta. Obnova sa vykoná na základe projektovej dokumentácie a v súlade s minimálnymi špecifikáciami, uvedenými v Opise predmetu zákazky pre túto verejnú súťaž. Objekt je chránený štatútom Národnej kultúrnej pamiatky.
