Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником партіями протягом строку дії Договору за Заявкою Зомовника, підписаною уповноваженими особами, шляхом передачі Постачальником Замовнику бланків-дозволів, а саме: талонів. Постачальник зобов’язаний передати Замовнику талони у строк - протягом 3-ох (трьох) календарних днів з дня отримання Постачальником Заявки в порядку, визначеному Договором. Термін дії талонів становить не менше одного року. У разі завершення терміну дії талонів Постачальник зобов`язується продовжити їх термін дії або замінити на інші та відпускати паливо по талонах з АЗС до повного використання талонів ЗАМОВНИКОМ. Загальний строк поставки талонів: до 25.12.2026 року
