Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Детальні умови поставки та оплати зазначені в проекті договору. Порівняння пропозицій учасників проводиться без урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасник зазначає загальну ціну без ПДВ. Строк поставки Товару: до 31.12.2026. Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару Покупцю згідно заяв-анкет на поставку Товару на умовах DDP «Поставка зі сплатою мита», ІНКОТЕРМС (Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року) на загальну кількість Товару, що визначена такими заявами-анкетами на поставку Товару, у межах обсягу Товару, визначеного у Додатку 1 до Договору. Умови DDP «Поставка зі сплатою мита», ІНКОТЕРМС у редакції 2010 року, застосовуються Сторонами в частині умов, що не врегульовані Договором. Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити вартість переданого Товару (партії Товару) не пізніше 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дати визначення ціни за одиницю Товару за календарний місяць на підставі підписаної Сторонами видаткової (-их) накладної (-их). Видаткова накладна підписується Покупцем на підставі затвердженого Покупцем без зауважень Акту приймання ТМЦ за кількістю та якістю, та за умови надання Постачальником усіх передбачених п. 5.10. Договору документів.
