1. Строк дії талонів - не менше 6 місяців з дня підписання видаткової накладної або до повного використання талонів Замовником, номіналом 10 л / 20 л. 2. Постачальник повинен мати розгалужену систему автозаправних станцій (далі - АЗС) (власних, орендованих, партнерських) з цілодобовим режимом роботи. Обов'язкова наявність мережі АЗС за адресою знаходження Замовника ( Рівненській області , с.Боянівка,вул.Лісова,)1 та по всій території України,. Найближча АЗС повинна знаходитись не далі ніж 20 км від місця розташування Замовника -35324,Рівненська область, с.Боянівка, вул.Лісова 1,. Кількість АЗС Постачальника має становити не менше 5 АЗС в м. Рівне Рівненської області, не менше 1 АЗС в м. Сарни Рівненської області.; 3.Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» з урахуванням постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу»
