- «Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран» - Замовник самостійно перевіряє інформацію про те, що учасник та кінцевий бенефіціарний власник не здійснює господарську діяльність або його місцезнаходження (місце проживання - для фізичних осіб-підприємців) не знаходиться на тимчасово окупованій території у Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22.12.2022 № 309 (зі змінами). У разі, якщо місцезнаходження учасника та кінцевий бенефіціарного власника зареєстроване на тимчасово окупованій території, учасник у складі тендерної пропозиції має надати підтвердження зміни податкової адреси на іншу територію України видане уповноваженим на це органом. - У випадку якщо учасник та кінцевий бенефіціарний власник зареєстрований на тимчасово окупованій території та учасником не надано у складі тендерної пропозиції підтвердження зміни податкової адреси на іншу територію України видане уповноваженим на це органом, замовник відхиляє його тендерну пропозицію на підставі абзацу 5 підпункту 2 пункту 44 Особливостей, а саме: тендерна пропозиція не відповідає вимогам, установленим у тендерній документації відповідно до абзацу першого частини третьої статті 22 Закону.
