Носителот на набавката е должен да го испорачува предметот на договорот сукцесивно според периодичните потреби на договорниот орган по претходно доставени нарачки до носителот на набавката на објект-бензинска пумпа или рок не подолг од 24 часа со цистерна, по доставување на спецификација-нарачка до локациите наведени во техничката спецификација. Договорот трае една година од денот на потпишување. Рокот и местото на испорака се задолжителни. Секоја понуда која содржи рок и место на испорака поинакви од тие утврдени во оваа точка ќе се смета за неприфатлива и како таква ќе биде одбиена од страна на комисијата за јавни набавки. Поради специфичноста потребата од набавка на нафта и нафтени деривати за нормално одвивање на производството кај Договорниот орган истата набавка ќе се врши редовно и не ја одложува никаков спор.
