Nabavka i sukcesivna isporuka betona Preuzimanje TD od strane ponuđača moguće je isključivo preko Portala E-nabavke. Uvid i preuzimanje TD, zahtjev za pojašnjenje i odgovor na pojašnjenje, moguće je isključivo preko Portala E-nabavke. Uslov za učešće u postupku javne nabavke je da ponuđač preuzme TD sa Portala E- Nabavke. Za ovaj postupak javne nabavke predviđena je E-aukcija. Ugovorni organ će odrediti početak i vrijeme trajanja E-aukcije u sistemu E-nabavke.
