N03 / N04 Westumfahrung Zürich ist etappiert in den Jahren 2006 und 2009 eröffnet worden. Das Bundesamt für Strassen ASTRA plant die Betriebs- und Sicherheitsanlagen (BSA) zu sanieren. Ausserdem sind entsprechend dem Projekt Roadmap VM-CH Massnahmen (PUN) geplant. Zusätzlich wird mit GHGW und RaDo die Staubildung verringert. Im Zuge dieser Arbeiten, werden auch Massnahmen zur Umsetzung der Energiestrategie des Bundes realisiert. Dieses anspruchsvolle Expertenmandat mit Schwerpunkt "Umsetzungsexpertise unter laufendem BSA Betrieb in Nachtsperrungen" umfasst interdisziplinäre Aufgabenstellungen und die Qualitätssicherung zu Tunnellüftung und weiteren BSA Themenfelder. Als Mandatseigenheit wird eine hohe Präsenz vor Ort in der Nacht, auch von Schlüsselpersonen hervorgehoben. Aufgrund der komplexen Aufgabe "QS BSA für Instandsetzung unter Verkehr" ist mit Verweis auf den stark befahrenen Streckenabschnitt in vorliegendem Mandat ein Pikettdienst enthalten.   In vorliegendem Mandat (D-x-3-3) erfolgt das QS Projektierung für die Phasen Massnahmenkonzept und -projekt sowie für die Beschaffung. In der Realisierung wird die Umsetzung der Projektierung beaufsichtigt (Unterlagen Ausführung, Ausführung, Inbetriebnahme). Der Leis-tungsumfang umfasst somit die Phasen SIA 31 - 53.
