Description

In der geplanten Erneuerung der Betriebs- und Sicherheitsanlagen BSA auf der Nationalstrasse N05 ist ein zentraler Projektteil die Erneuerung des Verkehrsbeeinflussungs-Systems. Der Projektabschnitt umfasst die Tunnel Birchi, Spitalhof und Witi, die Galerie Leutzigen sowie offene Strecke und betrifft die Fachbereiche Lüftung, Signalisation, Überwachungsanlagen, Kommunikation und Leittechnik, Kabelanlagen und Nebeneinrichtungen. Ggf. kann in Zusammenhang mit der Erneuerung von Pumpenanlagen auch der Fachbereich Energieversorgung betroffen sein. Grössere bauliche Massnahmen an Signalträgern, Fundamenten, Rohranlagen etc. sind aktuell nicht vorgesehen. Die zu erbringenden Mandatsleistungen des Planers „PV und öBL BSA" betreffen die Phasen gemäss SIA Ordnung 108/112; Massnahmenprojekt (MP) und Bewilligungsverfahren (Phasen 32/33), Ausschreibung (Phase 41), Unterlagen für die Ausführung (Phase 51), Ausführung (Realisierung) und Abschluss (Phase 52 bis 53).
