Die Nationalstrasse N01 insbesondere der 22 km lange Abschnitt zwischen den Verzweigungen Luterbach und Härkingen gehört zu den Strecken mit Kapazitätsüberlastungen. Zudem entspricht dieser Abschnitt nicht mehr den heutigen gesetzlichen Vorgaben und ist nach 50-jähriger Betriebsdauer instandsetzungsbedürftig. Es soll ein Ausbau von vier auf sechs Spuren erfolgen mit einer gleichzeitigen Gesamtinstandsetzung. Das vorliegend ausgeschriebene Mandat beinhaltet die Projektierung Trassee und Kunstbauten für das Los West/Mitte. Es erstreckt sich ab der Verzweigung Luterbach (inkl.) bis km 44.100 (östlich Anschluss Oensingen). Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Mandats sind Ingenieurleistungen für die Phase DP/MP sowie die Phasen Ausschreibung, Unterlagen für die Ausführung, Ausführung und Inbetriebnahme/Abschluss.
