Товар, що є предметом цього Договору, не походить з російської федерації, республіки білорусь, ісламської республіки іран, тимчасово окупованих територій України. Постачальник здійснює поставку Товарів тільки дозволених до застосування на території України. Термін придатності товару на момент поставки повинен становити не менше 80% до загального строку зберігання.
