Le projet concerne la modernisation du collège René Perrot à Merlines , constituée essentiellement d'un volet réhabilitation énergétique, passant notamment par l'enveloppe du bâtiment (façades et toitures), le chauffage, l'éclairage, le traitement des réseaux des eaux pluviales et d'assainissement. Programme travaux comme suit : - Réalisation d'une ITE sur les bâtiments Externat et Gymnase - Isolation des combles - Réfection des toitures sur bâtiment Externat et Gymnase - Régulation du chauffage (extension GTB (gestion technique du bâtiment) - Installation de sous-compteur raccordés à la GTB - Remplacement des fenêtres bois côté couloir - Mise aux normes accessibilité et incendie (création d'un ascenseur avec passerelle) - Déplacement de la vie scolaire - Agrandissement de la salle informatique (salle 30 postes) - Travaux divers d'amélioration (éclairages LED) - Mise en place d'une cuve de récupération de pluie - Mise en place de panneaux photovoltaïques sur toiture du Gymnase
