Description

La consultation est relative à la mission de repérage des matériaux et produits contenant de l'amiante et contrôles réglementaires pour la ville du Blanc-Mesnil. Elle a pour objet la réalisation du repérage des matériaux et produits contenant de l'amiante dans les sites communaux de la ville du Blanc-Mesnil, et dont la liste indicative est donnée en annexe au Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Le contenu détaillé des missions et les conditions d'exécution sont stipulés dans le CCTP. LOT 1 Diagnostics amiante - Bâtiments communaux sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel HT de 35 000 euros ; - LOT 2 - Diagnostics amiante - Voirie sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel HT de 6 000 euros. La procédure de passation utilisée est : le marché à procédure adaptée. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 à R. 2123-7 du Code de la commande publique
