La consultation a pour objet une mission d'ordonnancement, de pilotage et de coordination pour la construction mutualisée du centre routier Alsace et du centre d'incendie et de secours de BARR. La Collectivité européenne d’Alsace prévoit la reconstruction d’un ensemble de bâtiments regroupant les activités du centre routier Alsace et du centre d’incendie et de secours de BARR. Les caractéristiques de l’opération figurent dans le programme joint au dossier de consultation. BUDGET TRAVAUX : Le montant affecté aux travaux est : 7 180 200 € HT (valeur avril 2024) DELAI D’EXECUTION : Durée des missions : - 22 mois pour la phase études (APS, APD, PRO, DCE) - 18 mois pour la phase travaux - 12 mois pour la garantie de parfait achèvement PHASAGE PREVISIONNEL DES TRAVAUX (dates données à titre indicatif) Démarrage : mai 2028.
