Dans le cadre de la rénovation et de l'amélioration énergétique de ses bâtiments, le CDG 38 a fait procéder à un audit énergétique de ses bâtiments, réalisé en août septembre 2024. Cet audit a abouti à un certain nombre de préconisations de travaux à entreprendre. Parallèlement, à l'issue du calcul de son premier bilan carbone en 2024, basé sur les données 2023, le CDG38 a lancé son plan de décarbonation. Des propositions visant à améliorer la sobriété énergétique et le confort thermique des bâtiments ont émané des agents. L'objectif de la présente consultation est de permettre la réalisation d'un diagnostic amiante avant travaux. Montant prévisionnel des travaux : 687 220€ HT
