Le présent marché a pour objet la nomination d'un commissaire aux comptes titulaire et d'un commissaire aux comptes suppléant. La mission confiée est celle de commissaire aux comptes concernant la certification et le contrôle de la sincérité et régularité des comptes annuels du FAFCEA et, le cas échéant, des comptes consolidés, dans les conditions prévues par le Code de commerce en ses articles L.821-53 et suivants. Le commissaire aux comptes suppléant s'engagera à remplacer le commissaire aux comptes titulaire dans les cas prévus par la loi. Le commissaire aux comptes suppléant n'est considéré ni comme un cotraitant, ni comme un sous-traitant du commissaire aux comptes titulaire.
