Cette situation conduit à un mélange de flux qui, dans un contexte de sur-occupation du bâtiment, ayant par ailleurs entraîné un classement récent du site en 1ère catégorie ERP, nuit à la lisibilité du parcours des patients, et, de ce fait, à l'accessibilité de l'offre
