Le présent marché a pour objet de confier à un prestataire de service une mission d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage pour l’élaboration du Règlement Local de Publicité de la Trinité. Par délibération du Conseil Municipal du 9 décembre 2024, la Commune de La Trinité a décidé d’élaborer son premier Règlement Local de Publicité. Le bureau d’études qui sera retenu aura à sa charge une mission d’assistance et de conseil. Il doit aider à l’émergence du projet communal et accompagner les élus dans l’appréhension de l’ensemble des problématiques, rapportées au contexte local et réglementaire. Ce travail de réflexion et de prospective se base sur les objectifs des élus, croisés avec les contraintes et les enjeux du territoire. La mission comporte 3 phases : PHASE 1 : DIAGNOSTIC- LIMITES D’AGGLOMÉRATION -ENJEUX PHASE 2 : ÉLABORATION DU RÈGLEMENT LOCAL DE PUBLICITÉ-PROPOSITIONS DE ZONAGE PHASE 3 : L’ACCOMPAGNEMENT DANS LE CADRE DE LA PROCÉDURE D’APPROBATION
