Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La Commune de Chaponost souhaite équiper en contrôle d'accès des bâtiments existants ainsi que les futurs bâtiments en déployant une solution permettant une gestion de l'ensemble des sites qui seront équipés. Le système permettra l'accès des agents, des associations et des entreprises extérieures aux locaux et viendra remplacer les multiples trousseaux de clef. Un premier marché a été passé en 2024, grâce auquel certains bâtiments ont déjà été équipés. Ce marché n'a pas été reconduit. Une nouvelle consultation a donc été publiée au mois d'avril 2026, mais a dû être déclarée sans suite à cause d'erreur dans le BPU. Le présent marché est donc la relance de cette consultation
