Description

La cuisine de production du CMPR « Le Hohberg » à Sarreguemines réalise 240 repas par jour dont 160 repas le midi et 80 repas le soir. Suite à une inspection au titre de la sécurité sanitaire des aliments de l’établissement par la Direction Départementale de la Protection des populations, il a été constaté que les espaces de stockage secs et réfrigérés présentent un défaut de marche en avant dans l’espace, et que diverses traces de vétusté remettent en cause le niveau d’hygiène acceptable pour l’unité de production. Dans l’objectif de remédier à ces points critiques, l’UGECAM Nord-Est souhaite procéder à la réhabilitation et au déplacement des espaces de stockage afin de se conformer aux règlements sanitaires en vigueur.
