Désignation d'une équipe chargée de réaliser une étude de programmation urbaine et d'habitat portant sur l'ensemble de la commune de Langres, avec un accent particulier sur le Quartier Prioritaire de la Politique de la Ville (QPV) ainsi que les quartiers Ouches et Turenne de la commune de Langres. L'objectif de la mission est de mettre en adéquation et en cohérence : - Les orientations du Programme d'Orientations et d'Actions (POA) de la Communauté de communes du Grand Langres (CCGL), - Les projets sur la Commune de Langres, - La stratégie patrimoniale et locative d'Hamaris, principal bailleur social et opérateur public de l'habitat sur le territoire. Cette étude s'inscrit dans le cadre de la convention-cadre Petites Villes de Demain, avenant à la convention ORT, signée le 24 février 2025, visant la revitalisation et la transformation durable de la ville de Langres, et en particulier la requalification et le développement de son quartier prioritaire
