Le Service cantonal de l’informatique souhaite s’adjoindre les compétences d’un ou d’une Gestionnaire des achats publics informatiques dans le cadre d’une location de services au sens de la Loi fédérale sur le service de l’emploi et la location de services (LSE). Cette ressource assurera la gestion complète des marchés publics IT, depuis la préparation et la conduite des procédures d’appel d’offres jusqu’au suivi de l’exécution des contrats et des commandes.
