Джерело фінансування: Місцевий бюджет. В ціну Товару включається сплата податків, мита та інших обов’язкових платежів, а також вартість доставки до складу Покупця та розвантаження Товару силами Постачальника. Товар постачається окремими (невеликими) партіями за встановленими нормами відвантаження у тарі та пакуванні, яке забезпечує його збереження під час транспортування. Покупець має право коригувати кількість Товару в залежності від потреб та реального фінансування видатків (але в межах укладеного Договору). Постачальник гарантує, що Товари, які постачаються за цим Договором, відповідають його ціновій пропозиції та вимогам
