Постачання товару здійснюється один раз на тиждень невеликими партіями, відповідно до заявок Замовника, переданих у телефонному режимі, або електронною поштою, або згідно узгодженого Сторонами графіка поставки до 31.12.2026 року за адресами закладів, підпорядкованих Відділу освіти, культури, молоді та спорту Райгородоцької сільської ради. Товар має постачатися і розвантажуватись транспортом та силами Учасника з наданням копій документів з підтвердженням якості товару. Розрахунки за кожну поставлену партію Продукції здійснюється Замовником у безготівковому порядку в українській національній валюті - гривнях шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня отримання Продукції враховуючи вимоги постанови № 590 від 09.06.2021р (зі змінами та доповненнями).
