Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації / Республіки Білорусь / Ісламської Республіки Іран.Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до частини 4 статті 23 Закону України «Про реабілітацію осіб з інвалідністю в Україні», постанови КМ України від 03.12.2009 р. №1301 «Про затвердження Порядку забезпечення осіб з інвалідністю, дітей з інвалідністю, інших окремих категорій населення медичними виробами та іншими засобами» (зі змінами) пункту 8 Положення про індивідуальну програму реабілітації особи з інвалідністю затвердженого постановою КМ України від 23.05.2007р № 757. Особа з інвалідністю (законний представник недієздатної особи з інвалідністю, дитини з інвалідністю) зобов’язана брати участь у виборі та погоджувати призначення конкретних допоміжних засобів реабілітації, медичних виробів, реабілітаційних послуг і санаторно-курортного лікування тощо в межах її індивідуальної програми реабілітації у порядку, визначеному Кабінетом Міністрів України. Тому, вказані товари, які передбачається закупити в межах даної закупівлі погоджено з особами з інвалідністю в разі пропонування товару, іншого ніж зазначено в оголошенні може призвести до повернення товару постачальнику після постачання, оскільки товар з тих чи інших причин не підходить особі з інвалідністю.
