Місце надання послуг: вся територія України, за винятком тимчасово окупованих територій України, що визначені нормативно-правовими актами України. Строк надання послуг: протягом 12 місяців, з 00 год. 00 хв. 01 жовтня 2026 року по 24 год. 00 хв. 30 вересня 2027 року.
