Vadovaujantis viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 29 str. 3d. nutrauktas pirkimas, nes nebuvo tinkamai pasiruošta šiam pirkimui t.y. neįvykdytas privalomas Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 27 straipsnio 1 dalies 1 punkto reikalavimas „Rinkos dalyvių konsultacijos yra privalomos pirkimo, apie kurį turi būti skelbiama, išskyrus mažos vertės pirkimą, atveju, jeigu per paskutinius 12 mėnesių atliekant paskutinį tokių pačių ar panašių prekių, paslaugų ar darbų pirkimą, apie kurį buvo privaloma skelbti, išskyrus mažos vertės pirkimą, nebuvo gauta nė viena arba gauta tik viena tinkama paraiška ar pasiūlymas;“
