Ce marché vise à recourir à un prestataire pour concevoir, mettre en oeuvre et animer un dispositif professionnel de médiation sociale à la piscine municipale Jean Bron à Grenoble pour les saisons estivales . Il s'agit d'une réponse de proximité qui vise à favoriser la cohésion sociale, la tranquillité publique, l'accès aux droits et aux services, et baisser le sentiment d'insécurité global. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Le montant estimatif ( 240 000 euro(s) HT) est indicatif et comprend la totalité des périodes de reconduction (soit un montant estimé de 60 000 euro(s) HT par an). Le montant maximum est fixé à 80 000 euro(s) HT pour la période initiale . Ce montant est identique pour chaque période de reconduction, soit 320 000 euro(s) HT pour la durée totale du marché. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
