У разі, якщо використання букв та символів української мови призводить до їх спотворення (в тому числі адреси мережі «інтернет», адреси електронної пошти, торговельні марки, моделі, загальноприйняті міжнародні терміни) можуть бути викладені іншою мовою. Якщо учасник торгів є нерезидентом України, він може подавати свою тендерну пропозицію іншою мовою з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою
