Description

Le présent projet prévoit la construction d'un centre de dialyse de 40 postes / hôpital de jour, incluant des services annexes pour le personnel technique et administratif (bureaux, salles de réunions ou de repos), et des locaux techniques tels qu'un local stockage pharmacie, un atelier et un magasin bio médical, et un local groupe électrogène, de stockage d'eau, etc.. Le bâtiment est édifié en R+1, et est couvert par une large dalle terrasse étanchée et isolée thermiquement. Le marché est alloti en 19 lots : Lot 01-terrassement / Lot2- VRD-Espaces verts-Clôture / Lot 3 -Gros-OEuvre / Lot 4- Charpente Métallique -Serrurerie/ Lot 5- Étanchéité / Lot 06- Menuiseries extérieures / Lot 07- Menuiseries intérieures / Lot 08- Revêtements de sols et murs / Lot 9- Cloisons-Faux-plafonds / Lot 10- Agencement / Lot 11- Peinture/Lot 12- Enseignes/Lot 13- Ascenseurs et monte-charge/Lot 14- Plomberie/Lot 15 -Climatisation-Ventilation-Désenfumage / Lot 16- Fluides médicaux / Lot 17- Électricité CFO-CFA / Lot 18- Groupe électrogène / Lot 19- Photovoltaïque. La procédure MAPA sera applicable pour les lots suivants : LOT N° 01 - TERRASSEMENT (déjà été attribué et notifié). LOT N° 07 - MENUISERIES INTERIEURES LOT N° 10 - AGENCEMENT LOT N° 12 - ENSEIGNES LOT N° 14 - PLOMBERIE LOT N° 15 - CLIMATISATION - VENTILATION - DESENFUMAGE LOT N° 16- FLUIDES MEDICAUX LOT N° 18 - GROUPE ELECTROGENE
