Description

La présente consultation a pour objet un marché public de travaux de rénovation énergétique d'une école pour la commune de MAREIL-SUR-MAULDRE. Le présent marché est passé selon la procédure adaptée en application des articles L 2123-1 et R2123-1, R2123-4 et R2123-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification conformément aux articles R2182-4 et R2182-5 du code de la commande publique, il est conclu jusqu'à l'issue du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement. Le délai global d'exécution comprend la période de préparation et le délai d'exécution des travaux. Il est estimé à 10 mois, dont une période de préparation d'une durée de 6 semaines. Date de démarrage prévisionnel des travaux : décembre 2026. La description des travaux et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP)
