Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché de travaux relatif à la réhabilitation thermique du siège et la restructuration du parking, pour la Communauté de Communes Les Portes de l'Ile-de-France (CCPIF)(78). Ce marché est passé selon la procédure adaptée conformément aux dispositions des articles L2123-1 et R2123-1-1° du Code de la commande publique. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification. Il est conclu jusqu'à l'issue du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement. Le délai global d'exécution de l'opération est estimé à 7 mois. Il comprend la période de préparation, de commande et le délai d'exécution des travaux. La période de préparation est fixée à 1 mois (par dérogation à l'article 28.1 du CCAG-Travaux). Les délais d'exécution, comprenant les périodes de préparation, sont proposés par les candidats dans l'Acte d'Engagement. Ouverture de chantier : semaine 21 Réception de chantier : semaine 47
