En cohérence avec le plan d'actions du schéma directeur du Réseau de chaleur bois énergie Centre, la Ville de Voreppe a décidé la réalisation un champ solaire thermique sur une structure métallique à construire comme production ENR supplémentaire pour alimenter ce réseau. Ce projet de construction d'un champ solaire thermique : -Doit répondre à la double contrainte de servir de toiture à des terrains sportifs (notamment tennis, boules) et de produire des ENR supplémentaires sur le réseau de chaleur existant Voreppe Centre -Doit répondre à un taux de couverture solaire estival maximal sachant que les besoins (chauffage et ECS) actuels du réseau de chaleur sont de 8.5 à 9 GWh par an (comprenant des copropriétés, des logements sociaux, des équipements publics sportifs, d'enseignement et culturels) Il s'agit d'un marché public de conception-réalisation, qui est par nature un marché global, avec prix global et forfaitaire
