Le présent marché a pour objet une mission d’assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage et de conduite d’opération pour les travaux suivants : LA RENOVATION DES BATIMENTS HALLES ET CONFERENCES SUR LE SITE DU PARC DES EXPOSITIONS DE MULHOUSE. La mission de conduite d’opération du présent marché est une assistance générale et complète à caractère administratif, financier et technique. Les missions confiées au conducteur d’opération sont réparties en 2 phases : - Phase 1 : Suivi des études après la notification du lauréat du contrat de Maîtrise d’œuvre. - Phase 2 : Assistance en phase de travaux et réception des travaux jusqu’à l’issue de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement. (y compris si celle-ci est décalée suite à la non-levée de réserves travaux) Pour l’ensemble des phases constituant la mission, elle comporte une assistance à la gestion du projet de rénovation du maître d’ouvrage avec notamment : - La gestion des délais : élaboration, suivi et adaptation du planning prévisionnel, - Des revues de projet : point d’étapes, points de validation, - La gestion des coûts : élaboration, suivi et adaptation de l’enveloppe prévisionnelle.
