Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de déconstruction/construction des poutres de rive de la travée centrale du pont OA 301-17 permettant à la RD4E3 de franchir la RD301 sur la commune de Persan. Les travaux consistent en la déconstruction des poutres PRAD de rive de la travée centrale surplombant la RD 301 et leur remplacement par des poutres en caisson métallique. La description des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P). Le marché est conclu pour une durée ferme de 10 mois comprenant : - une période de préparation de 2 mois - une exécution des travaux pendant 8 mois. Le Maître d'Ouvrage dans un souci de promotion de l'emploi et de lutte contre l'exclusion a décidé de faire application des dispositions de l'article L.2112-2 du code de la commande publique en prévoyant une clause obligatoire d'insertion par l'activité économique.
