Description

Conception et réalisation d'un DAME (Dispositif d'Accompagnement Médico-Educatif) au Controis en Sologne pour le compte du Centre Hospitalier de ST AIGNAN SUR CHER. Marché de travaux qui regroupe l'ensemble des études de conception et les travaux nécessaires à la réalisation de l'ouvrage. Surfaces projetée : 901 m² de SU pour 1 093 m² SDO. Montant prévisionnel : 3 150 000 euro(s) HT pour la totalité du contrat de conception-réalisation. Le projet vise à construire un DAME pour enfants et jeunes en situation de handicap, dans le cadre de l'adaptation de l'offre médico-sociale portée par le CH de SAINT-AIGNAN SUR CHER. Le DAME accueillera 30 enfants et jeunes en journée, avec un internat de 10 place, et proposera des espaces dédiés aux activités éducatives, médicales et paramédicales, ainsi qu'une zone administrative et des locaux communs. L'opération comprend des enjeux sociaux, fonctionnels et architecturaux, des enjeux techniques et environnementaux, des enjeux opérationnels
