Description

La durée du marché est de 10 ans environ à compter de la notification : Conception : 8 mois maximum; Réalisation : 12 mois maximum; GPA : 12 mois; Durée de l'engagement de performance réelle : à compter de l'OS travaux ; Exploitation-maintenance : 120 mois environ à compter de l'OS conception. Le coût global prévisionnel du marché, toutes prestations comprises, est estimé à 3 850 000 EurosHT. Les prestations objet de la présente consultation, pourront donner lieu à un nouveau marché pour la réalisation de prestations similaires passé en application des Articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-7 du Code de la Commande Publique et qui seront exécutées par le titulaire initial du marché. La durée pendant laquelle les nouveaux marchés peuvent être conclus ne peut dépasser trois ans à compter de la notification du marché initial. Les clauses de réexamens (= modifications) sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses administratives particulières. Les candidats ont l'obligation de répondre à la solution de base et de faire une proposition pour chacune des prestations supplémentaires éventuelles décrites au règlement de la consultation.
